  Illegally put me in jail for being in debt which is against the FDCPA regulations. I didnt know this at the time but they cannot put you in jail unless you miss any court dates that they set. These guys are very shady and will serve the papers to you children like they did me so i never got to see the papers. Im a decorated disabled Iraq war vet and this is how they treat the people who bled for them. There so many criminal/illegal things that they do to get money out of you. Look it up and it will explain more. Also there are lawyers who will go after these collection agencies specifically. Do your homework and research before you pay them anything.

  Absolutely horrible liars. Be sure to get everything in writing with these con artists. They tell you one thing on the phone then turn around and do sneaky little things to squeeze more money out of you. Then they claim they told you and lie to your face. Its people like this that give good debt professionals a bad name. Way to trash it up Yakima Adjustment. Stay clear of this place.

  Complete liars. Tell you one thing and do another and then act like they either never said it or like your lying. I can't wait to get my lawyers involved and see how they react then. Make sure to keep record of everything said and done with these people. They will lie and just keep trying to get as much money from you as they can. Horrible horrible place. Very disappointeing, especially when your honestly and truly trying to work things out and they just CONTINUE to lie. Learned my lesson the last two times with these people. And they're just FLAT OUT RUDE.
