Having experienced a major life altering crash, we were apprehensive, but from the moment we entered Abeyta Nelson, we felt reassured by Terry and staff’s genuine empathy, courtesy and professional manner. Terry made clear that it would be a long road, but a journey we would take together. That took a lot of the pressure and stress of the situation off our shoulders, knowing we had a knowledgeable and experienced expert representing us. Everyone was amazing in their kindness and gentleness towards us. With the injury still so fresh and painful, it was comforting to hear how Terry and his staff were making progress with the case. They would in keep in regular contact and not leave us in the dark, whether by direct contact, email or phone calls. With efficiency and professionalism they resolved our claim, giving us best the options throughout the journey, guiding us where needed and allowing us to have our own voice. I was so overwhelmed with just bringing my daughter home from the hospital that paperwork and insurance companies were last on my priority list.
